Led by Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, your team will explore how their individual strengths combine to create a powerful, cohesive unit through a series of curated hands-on activities, discussions, and real-world scenarios.

Each team member will complete the Gallup CliftonStrengths™ (aka StrengthsFinder) online assessment that identifies their unique talents. There is 1 in 33 million probability of someone having the same talents in the same order.
All participants get their own workbook and 2 additional reports to help them understand their strengths better/

You’ll receive a consolidated view of your team’s strengths, including a detailed strengths grid.
This visual representation helps you see how individual strengths complement each other and how to leverage them for better team dynamics and performance.
FOR LEADERS
This debrief helps the manager optimise the unique strengths within the team, how they interrelate, and identify further opportunities to create better team performance.

Here's how we will work with you to have a successful workshop.
We begin with a 30-min consultation with the project sponsor to understand your team’s specific goals, challenges, and dynamics. This allows us to tailor the workshop content to your unique needs, ensuring that the session is highly relevant and impactful.
Each team member will complete the CliftonStrengths assessment before the workshop. This step is crucial as it provides insights into individual strengths, laying the foundation for a meaningful and productive session.
During the workshop, we’ll dive into the results of the team strengths, exploring how each person’s strengths contribute to the team’s overall success. Through interactive activities and discussions, your team will learn to learn how to apply these strengths to improve their work effectiveness, collaborate with others and performance.
After the workshop, we will conduct a debrief with the manager to discuss key takeaways and next steps on optimising the team strengths. We’ll also provide resources and strategies to help you maintain the momentum, ensuring that the insights gained during the workshop lead to lasting positive change.
